Shadrick Wall is the co-founder of First Defense Insulation and serves the company as COO. He has been working and teaching in the insulation industry since the mid 1990's. He is an incredibly passionate team player and carries that same philosophy in his desire to grow small businesses. He brings persistence, experience, and a strong voice to the table when tackling issues. He is a dedicated father, husband, and friend.
When he is not in the office or with his family you can usually find him on the golf course. His experience behind the "operational wheel" of a company is what gives people that peace of mind to know that they choose the right company for their project. He says what he does and does what he says.
